Canyon Cooler Drain Plug

Please Note: That you must match up the plug you have or contact us before ordering. Canyon has made running changes over the years and not all plugs will fit all coolers. 

If you are unsure which you need, you can also file a warranty claim directly with Canyon and they will help you identify the right one. Providing them with the hole diameter will speed up your claim. 

Standard Drain Plug (pre-2019)

• This is an older legacy drain plug. Used primarily before 2019.  The Old Standard is a direct replacement  that works as on most older Canyon Coolers
• All plugs include a new gasket. Doubling up gaskets, or even adding a little petroleum jelly can help with stubborn drips or leaks.

No Lose Drain Plug (pre-2019)

• This is an older legacy drain plug. Used primarily before 2019.  The No Lose is a 2 piece that works as an upgrade on most older Canyon Coolers
• All plugs include a new gasket. Doubling up gaskets, or even adding a little petroleum jelly can help with stubborn drips or leaks.

Outfitter Rocket Drain Plug (2019-2024)

• It is currently used on Mule, Scout, and Prospector coolers. This plug was phased out right about May of 2024. Newer Outfitter Plugs will be much larger and will not work with the older Outfitter plugs.  
• Replacement plugs for your Canyon cooler are compatible with most Outfitters, Scouts, Mules, and Prospector 103 Coolers made between 2019 and 2024.
• All plugs include a new gasket. Doubling up gaskets can help with stubborn drips or leaks. 

2024 V2 Outfitter Drain Plug

• Compatible with the all new Outfitters starting in roughly July of 2024
• Canyon anticipates also using this plug in PRO models starting in late 2024
• Fitting Tip: This plug is about 1.5" diameter where it threads into the body, The inner plug utilizes a garden hose threading, Outer assembly has an O-Ring, and the inner assembly a flat garden hose gasket.

• Replacement drain plug fits MOST pre-2025 PRO45's and PRO65's and ALL PRO150 Series Coolers
